4 date pitted Medjool date
1 can(s) (13.5 oz) Coconut milk, sweetened
1/2 cup Cacao powder, raw
1/4 cup Chia seeds
1/4 cup Maple syrup, pure
1/2 cup slices Strawberries
1/2 cup Cacao nibs, raw
1/2 cup Coconut flakes


Soak dates in water to cover for 2 hours. Drain.

In a high-speed blender or food processor, place dates, coconut milk, cacao powder, chia seeds, and maple syrup. Blend until fully combined. Pour pudding into individual serving bowls. Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours.

Garnish with fresh strawberries, cacao nibs, and coconut flakes.
