1/2 tbsp | Lemon juice (or lime juice) |
1/2 tbsp | Maple syrup (or sweetener of your choice) |
1. Place chia and coconut water in a large mason and shake vigorously.
2. Add lemon and maple syrup and shake again.
3. Let this mixture sit for 10 min. Shake vigorously again to remove any clumps (this is normal) and enjoy!
