3 tbsp Chia seeds, ground (preferably organic)
3 cup Water
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure (a natural preservative for your milk)

Instructions


Stir chia seeds in with water and vanilla extract and leave overnight.

In the morning, blend up on high-speed in a blender for 1 minute. Your milk is ready to drink and will keep for 3-4 days.
