1 bunch Spinach (handful)
1 tbsp Chia seeds
1 small Banana (s)
1 medium Peach (chopped)
1 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (unsweetened)


  1. Add the spinach, chia seeds, banana, peach, and almond milk to a blender, in the order listed (you want your greens on the bottom by the blade so they blend better and have the chia on the bottom to absorb some liquid before you blend).
  2. Wait a couple of minutes for the chia seeds to start soaking up the almond milk before blending.
  3. Blend until smooth.
  4. Serve, and Enjoy!
