1/3 cup Chia seeds (white or black)
1 1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened (or rice or soy)
2 tbsp Maple syrup
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure


Combine ingredients in a jar. Cover the jar with a lid and give it a vigorous shake.

Chill for about an hour and then mix well. Let chill for at least 4 hours or overnight.
