Ingredients


3/4 cup Chia seeds
3 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
3 tbsp Honey (preferably raw)
1/4 cup Dates (diced)
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1 pinch Sea salt, fine ((optional))

Instructions


Combine everything. Cover and put in the refrigerator overnight.

The next day, just take it out of the refrigerator, and voila! Breakfast! Top with fresh berries if you wish.
