Maple syrup, pure
(vanil)

Vanilla extract, pure

1 pinch

Himalayan sea salt

Instructions
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.
2. Chill for about 4 hours- overnight (the longer the better).
3. The chia seeds will expand and turn into a pudding (applesauce consistency). Adjust to preferred consistency.
4. Serve cold with fresh fruit, unsweetened coconut flakes, dark chocolate chips, or sliced nuts.

are high in fibre and rich in Omega 3 fatty acids!
