3 tbsp Cashew nuts, raw
2 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
2 date pitted Medjool date
2 tbsp Cacao nibs, raw
1 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
2 tsp Maca powder
1 dash Spirulina powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Ginger, ground
1 dash Cardamom, ground
2 cup Coconut water (liquid from coconut)
1 small Frozen banana
1 1/2 cup Ice cubes


1. Blend together all the ingredients, except the frozen banana and ice, until smooth.

2. Add the remaining ingredients and blend again until frosty.

3. Taste, and sweeten as desired.
