Ingredients


1/2 large potato Sweet potato (chopped, skin on if organic)
1 medium Apple (organic)
1 piece, 1-inch Ginger root
1 tbsp Coconut oil
1 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
2 tbsp Almonds, raw
4 date pitted Medjool date
1 tbsp Goji berries
2 tsp Maca powder
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 dash Nutmeg, ground
1 scoop Hemp protein powder, vanilla
1 1/2 cup Brewed chai tea

Instructions


Place all the ingredients in order in a high speed blender. Blend until smooth.

Serve in a large glass with a glass or stainless steel straw and enjoy!
