Drizzle the oil on the chicken and mix well to cover all of it.
Mix all the spices, herbs and seasonings (except complete seasoning) in a small bowl. Then sprinkle over the chicken and mix well to ensure all parts of the chicken pieces are fully covered.
Heat a non-stick skillet on medium-high. Add the chicken and cook 3-4 minutes or until golden-brown before flipping and cooking for the other side for 3-4 minutes or until golden-brown.
Remove chicken from skillet and set aside.
Add the broccoli to the same skillet. Cover for a few minutes to cook with the steam. Do not add water, use the bit of water left on the broccoli after rinsing. Stir occasionally. After a few minutes, add the complete seasoning (or all-purpose seasoning) to the broccoli and stir. After 1-2 minutes, add the soy sauce to the skillet and mix.
Add the chicken and any liquid from the chicken while it was resting to the skillet. Mix for 1-2 minutes.
Serve and enjoy.
To clean the broccoli - place in a bowl with cold water, then add a capful of apple cider vinegar or white vinegar and let sit for a few minutes while prepping and cooking the chicken. Before cooking the broccoli, rinse well a few times and strain.
