1 tsp Dijon mustard
1/4 tsp Salt and pepper
4 cup chopped Lettuce, butterhead (Boston)
2 chicken breast (196 g) Chicken breast, boneless, skinless, grilled (chopped)
1 fruit(s) Nectarine (cut into wedges)
1/4 cup Roquefort (blue) cheese (crumbled)
2 tbsp, slices Almonds, toasted


In small bowl, whisk together oil, lemon juice, mustard, salt and pepper. (Make-ahead: Refrigerate in airtight container for up to 2 days.)
