1 bunch | Spinach |
1 bunch | Arugula |
1 bunch | Kale |
1/4 cup | Vegan Caesar Dressing |
2 tbsp | Parmesan cheese, vegan |
1/4 cup | Croutons, plain (Make sure they are vegan) |
1. Start by cooking the vegan chicken in a pan over medium heat. Cook until lightly browned.
2. Mix the greens together in a large bowl and cover with the dressing. Mix very well to coat the greens in the dressing.
3. Top with vegan chicken, croutons, and parmesan cheese.
