1 package Vegan Chicken Tenders (Lightlife is a good brand)
1 bunch Spinach
1 bunch Arugula
1 bunch Kale
1/4 cup Vegan Caesar Dressing
2 tbsp Parmesan cheese, vegan
1/4 cup Croutons, plain (Make sure they are vegan)

Instructions


1. Start by cooking the vegan chicken in a pan over medium heat. Cook until lightly browned.

2. Mix the greens together in a large bowl and cover with the dressing. Mix very well to coat the greens in the dressing. 

3. Top with vegan chicken, croutons, and parmesan cheese. 

4. Enjoy :)
