993 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless (sliced)
1 3/4 cup Organic Quinoa (uncooked)
1 cup Cilantro (coriander) (chopped)
2 1/4 tbsp Lime juice (fresh) (to taste)
1/2 tsp Sea Salt (to taste)
7 medium Carrots (sliced)
14 cup Arugula
3 stalk(s) Green onion (diced)
3 1/2 tbsp hulled Sunflower seeds

Instructions


  1. Grill or steam the chicken. Season with salt or your favorite seasoning combination. 
  2. Cook the quinoa according to the package directions and let cool.
  3. Toss the quinoa with cilantro, lime juice, and salt.
  4. Divide the arugula, quinoa, carrots, and chicken between containers. Garnish with green onions and sunflower seeds. Enjoy!
