4 tbsp Cashew butter (for dipping sauce)
4 breast Chicken breast, boneless, skinless
2 tbsp Coconut aminos, Coconut Secret (for dipping sauce)
1/2 cup Coconut milk, sweetened (for dipping sauce)
1 clove(s) Garlic (minced, for dipping sauce)
1 tsp minced Ginger root (for dipping sauce)
1 tbsp Honey (for dipping sauce)
1/2 tsp Hot pepper (chili) flakes (for dipping sauce, optional)
2 tbsp Lemon juice (for dipping sauce)
1 small pepper(s) Red bell pepper (cut in 2 inch squares)
1/2 medium Red onion (cut in 2 inch squares)
1 tbsp Water (for dipping sauce)
1 small pepper(s) Yellow bell pepper (cut in 2 inch squares)

Instructions


Soak Kabob sticks in water for at least 2 hours. Slide Meat and vegetables onto kabobs.

Grill or broil until done.

Mix all ingredients labelled “for dipping sauce” in a bowl, and serve with cooked kabobs.
