Ingredients


1/4 cup Pasta, Fettuccine, dry (1 cup when cooked)
3/4 cup White mushrooms
1/4 cup Yellow onion
150 gm Chicken breast, boneless, skinless (2 chicken breasts)
2 tsp Olive Oil, Extra Virgin
2 clove(s) Garlic
1 tsp Salt (to taste)
1/2 tsp Black pepper (to taste)

Instructions


  1. Cook fettuccine per the box instructions.
  2. Slice the mushrooms and onions into thin strips and sauté in oil over high heat until golden brown. Season with salt. 
  3. Slice the chicken into evenly sized strips. Season the chicken with salt and pepper and sauté the chicken until golden brown.
  4. In the pan that has onions and mushrooms, add the chicken, yogurt and minced garlic as well as salt and pepper to taste. Stir to combine and allow to gently simmer for 5 minutes.
  5. Add the fettuccini to the pan and stir to combine.
  6. Serve warm and enjoy!
