1 leaf Bay leaf
1/4 tsp Black pepper
2 medium Carrots (chopped)
2 breast Chicken breast, boneless, skinless (cubed)
5 1/4 cup Chicken broth (stock), low sodium
2 cube Chicken bouillon, Knorr
2 cup Egg noodles, unenriched, dry
2 clove(s) Garlic (finely chopped)
8 green onion (stem) Green onion, scallion, ramp (sliced)
1 tbsp Olive oil
1 tbsp Parsley, fresh


In 3-quart saucepan, heat oil over medium heat. Add garlic, onions and carrots; cook 4 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Stir in remaining ingredients. Heat to boiling; reduce heat. Cover; simmer about 10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until carrots and noodles are tender. Remove bay leaf.
