1. Preheat oven to 400 F and bake chicken breast for about 22-26 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165F.
Remove from oven and slice into strips.
Alternatively, use precooked chicken strips.
2. Prepare corn by cooking on stovetop in water for approximately 5 minutes.
3. Place chicken strips along tortilla shell. Top with tomato, avocado slices and cheddar cheese.
4. Fold tortilla and place on grill pan to melt the cheese, then slice into wedges, or roll up as a wrap. Serve with corn on the side
