Zucchini
(spirilized or peeled into ribbons)

1 cup shredded

Chicken, cooked
(breast, seasoned with salt and pepper)

1/4 tsp

Lime peel (zest)

1 tbsp

Lime juice (fresh)

1 dash

Salt and pepper
(to taste)

Instructions
- Place a large handful of zucchini spirals/ribbons in the bottom of your jar.
- Add in the shredded chicken, then sprinkle in the bouillon powder.
- Add the rest of the ingredients.
- When ready to eat, just pour over boiling water and turn a few times to mix the ingredients.
- Then let sit for 5 minutes. Enjoy!
Chicken Preparation Instructions
- Place the chicken in a large pot and season generously with salt and pepper.
- Cover chicken in pot with water about 1 inch above the chicken.
- Bring chicken to a boil.
- Once boiling, reduce heat to simmer and cook the chicken for about 20 minutes, depending on the size of your chicken breast.
- Make sure the internal temperature of the chicken is 165F
- Remove the chicken with a slotted spoon and transfer to a plate to shred
- Use 2 forks and pull the chicken apart (shredding when the chicken is hot makes it easier to shred)
