Ingredients


1 medium Apple (Thin sliced)
1/2 cup Green cabbage
1/2 cup Chickpeas, canned, drained
1/2 cucumber(s) Cucumber (Thin sliced)
2 cup Lettuce, romaine
2 tbsp Mayonnaise
2 tbsp Plain yogurt, 1- 2% M.F.
10 potato Red mini potato

Instructions


Cut potatoes into quarters and place in large bowl.

Add lettuce, cucumber, cabbage, chickpeas and apple.

In a small bowl, whisk together dressing and yogurt.

Drizzle over top of salad and toss to coat evenly.
