A quick chickpea salad to snack on and bind to bile to remove toxic waste!
Ingredients
1 can (15oz)
Chickpeas, canned, drained
1 large
Carrots
(shaved, or finely chopped)
2 green onion (stem)

Parsley, fresh
(shredded)
1 medium pepper(s)
Red bell pepper
(diced)
1/2 whole lime(s)
Lime juice (fresh)
1 pinch
Sea Salt
Instructions
combine all ingredients minus lime juice and salt and toss together. Place in until ready to serve. add lime and salt to serve. About 1 wedge of lime per serving. Each serving should be about 1.5 cups.
