340 gm Yves Original Ground Round (1 package)
1/2 onion(s) Sweet onion (chopped)
2 clove(s) Garlic (minced)
1 large pepper(s) Orange bell pepper (chopped, any colour pepper is fine)
2 cup chopped Zucchini
2 cup Mushroom, canned, drained (2 cans)
1 can (15oz) Black beans, canned
2 can(16oz) Crushed tomatoes canned
2 tbsp Chili powder
1 tsp Cumin

Instructions


1. In a large pot, saute onions and garlic for 5-7 mins.

2. Add celery and peppers and saute for another 5 mins.

3. Add ground round, mushrooms, crushed tomatoes, sauce, chili powder, and cumin and bring to boil (med-high heat).

4. Turn the heat down to low-med and continue cooking for at least 20 mins.

Option to serve with buttered or garlic bread and top with grated cheese of your choice.
