340 gm | Yves Original Ground Round (1 package) |
1/2 onion(s) | Sweet onion (chopped) |
2 clove(s) | Garlic (minced) |
1 large pepper(s) | Orange bell pepper (chopped, any colour pepper is fine) |
2 cup chopped | Zucchini |
2 cup | Mushroom, canned, drained (2 cans) |
1 can (15oz) | Black beans, canned |
2 can(16oz) | Crushed tomatoes canned |
2 tbsp | Chili powder |
1 tsp | Cumin |
1. In a large pot, saute onions and garlic for 5-7 mins.
2. Add celery and peppers and saute for another 5 mins.
3. Add ground round, mushrooms, crushed tomatoes, sauce, chili powder, and cumin and bring to boil (med-high heat).
4. Turn the heat down to low-med and continue cooking for at least 20 mins.
Option to serve with buttered or garlic bread and top with grated cheese of your choice.
