| 3/4 cup | Skyr plain yogurt |
| 1/2 medium | Frozen banana |
| 3/4 cup cubes | Kabocha squash (roasted and then frozen) |
| 1/4 cup | Whey, acid, fluid (from making homemade skyr) |
| 1 scoop | Whey protein powder, isolate, unflavoured |
| 1 tbsp | Cacao powder, raw |
| 1 tsp | Coconut butter |
| 1 tbsp | Wheatgrass |
| 1/2 tsp | Spirulina powder |
| 1/2 tsp | Maca powder |
| 1/2 tsp | Matcha, green tea powder |
| 2 tbsp | Granola (homemade; for topping) |
| 1 tsp | Lemon peel (zest) (for topping) |
1. Put everything (except for the last 2 topping ingredients) into a high-powered blender - this may take a while, and you might need to stop & stir at a few points along the way!
2. Once you get the consistency of ice-cream, scoop out into a bowl and top with the granola and lemon zest - enjoy!
