|3/4 cup||Skyr plain yogurt|
|1/2 medium||Frozen banana|
|3/4 cup cubes||Kabocha squash (roasted and then frozen)|
|1/4 cup||Whey, acid, fluid (from making homemade skyr)|
|1 scoop||Whey protein powder, isolate, unflavoured|
|1 tbsp||Cacao powder, raw|
|1 tsp||Coconut butter|
|1/2 tsp||Spirulina powder|
|1/2 tsp||Maca powder|
|1/2 tsp||Matcha, green tea powder|
|2 tbsp||Granola (homemade; for topping)|
|1 tsp||Lemon peel (zest) (for topping)|
1. Put everything (except for the last 2 topping ingredients) into a high-powered blender - this may take a while, and you might need to stop & stir at a few points along the way!
2. Once you get the consistency of ice-cream, scoop out into a bowl and top with the granola and lemon zest - enjoy!
