3/4 cup Skyr plain yogurt
1/2 medium Frozen banana
3/4 cup cubes Kabocha squash (roasted and then frozen)
1/4 cup Whey, acid, fluid (from making homemade skyr)
1 scoop Whey protein powder, isolate, unflavoured
1 tbsp Cacao powder, raw
1 tsp Coconut butter
1 tbsp Wheatgrass
1/2 tsp Spirulina powder
1/2 tsp Maca powder
1/2 tsp Matcha, green tea powder
2 tbsp Granola (homemade; for topping)
1 tsp Lemon peel (zest) (for topping)


1. Put everything (except for the last 2 topping ingredients) into a high-powered blender - this may take a while, and you might need to stop & stir at a few points along the way!

2. Once you get the consistency of ice-cream, scoop out into a bowl and top with the granola and lemon zest - enjoy!
