1 scoop Whey protein powder, chocolate (any type)
1/2 large Frozen banana
1/2 cup Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Ice cubes (approx. 1 handful)

Instructions


  1. In a blender combine all ingredients and blend on high until you've reached a smooth consistency! If it's not sweet enough, add an extra half banana or sweetener.
