1/2 cup Cottage cheese (1% M.F.)
1 scoop Whey protein powder, chocolate (any kind of chocolate protein powder)
1/2 large Frozen banana
1/2 cup Mixed berries (fresh or frozen)
1/2 cup Water
1/4 cup Ice cubes (approx. 1 handful)

Instructions


1. In a blender combine all ingredients and blend on high until you've reached a smooth consistency! (add sweetener if you wish - honey, or stevia, to taste)
