Chocolate and Banana for the win! (and your little ones will never know there is spinach and hemp seeds disguised in this delicious smoothie)


1 cup Baby spinach (a handful)
1 medium Banana (s) (frozen for a creamy texture)
1 cup Vanilla yogurt, 2-4% M.F. (greek yogurt for more protein)
1 tbsp Cacao powder, raw (or more!)
2 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tsp Maple syrup (optional)


Place all ingredients in a blender, in order and process until smooth. Pour into 2 glasses and drink with a straw!
