1 1/2 cup All-purpose white flour
1 1/2 tsp Baking powder
1 tsp Baking soda
3 large Banana
1/3 cup Butter, salted (melted)
1/8 tsp Cinnamon (optional)
1/2 cup Dark chocolate chips
1 large egg Egg (beaten)
1 cup Granulated sugar
1/2 tsp Salt

Instructions


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large bowl, mash together bananas, sugar, and beaten egg.

Add melted butter.

In a separate bowl, mix all dry ingredients together.

Add dry ingredients with banana mixture, and stir to combine.

Pour mixture into a greased or lined muffin tin. Fill each compartment about 3/4 way full. and bake for 20-25 minutes.

Remove from oven, allow to cool, and enjoy!
