1/2 cup Chickpeas, canned, drained (drained, rinsed)
1/4 cup Rolled oats, dry
2 tbsp Almond butter
1 tbsp Honey
1/2 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
2 tbsp Almond milk, unsweetened
2 tbsp Cacao nibs, raw
1 scoop Whey protein powder, unflavoured


Place garbanzo beans and nut butter in a food processor and blend until beans have broken up.

Add the oats, honey, vanilla, almond milk, and whey protein and blend until smooth. Mixture should be soft and creamy like hummus. If it's not, add another 1-2 Tbsp milk or water if needed.

Remove to a bowl and stir in cacao nibs.

Serve with sliced fruit, berries, or crackers.
