|1/2 cup||Coconut water, unsweetened, ready-to-drink (for desired thickness)|
|1 leaves||Kale (destemmed)|
|1/4 cup||Frozen blueberries|
|1 scoop||fermented vegan proteins+ (vanilla), Genuine Health (or other protein powder)|
|1 tbsp||Cacao powder, raw|
|1 tsp||Spirulina powder|
|1 tbsp hulled||Hemp seeds, shelled ((or chia seeds))|
|1 tbsp||Kefir (optional)|
1. In a blender, combine coconut water and kale first.
2. Then add blueberries, protein powder, cacao, spirulina, hemp seeds, and kefir if using.
3. Mix until smooth and desired thickness. Enjoy!
