13 medium slice Bacon
2 tbsp Erythritol
1 tbsp Maple extract
4 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened (Coating)
2 tbsp Erythritol (Coating)
15 drop(s) Stevia sweetener, liquid (Coating)
1/4 cup Nuts, pecans, dry roasted (chopped; Coating)


  1. Preheat oven to 400F.
  2. Lay bacon out on a foil-lined baking sheet. Sprinkle erythritol and maple extract over both sides of the bacon.
  3. Rub erythritol and maple extract into the bacon. Bake for 20 minutes until browned and crisp.
  4. While hot, render all bacon grease into a separate container.
  5. Add Cocoa Powder, Erythritol, and Stevia to bacon grease and mix well. Pour this into a larger container if needed.
  6. Dip now cooled bacon into chocolate sauce and lay onto parchment paper.
  7. Sprinkle chopped pecans over bacon before the chocolate cools.
  8. Let sit in fridge overnight.
