1 tbsp Sesame seeds, black (soaked )
1 tbsp Flaxseeds (soaked)
1 tbsp Cumin seeds (black cumin seeds; soaked)
1 tbsp (level) Psyllium seed husk
1 tbsp Chia seeds (soaked; plus more to serve)
2 scoop greens+ daily detox, Genuine Health (or any greens supplement)
1 capsule Calcium supplement + vitamin D3 (eggshell derived) (from ground-pastured egg shells)
29 gm Cocoa butter
1 avocado(s) Avocado (pitted & peeled)
1 tbsp MCT oil
2 drop(s) Stevia sweetener, liquid (more or less to taste; optional)
57 gm Frozen berries (optional )


Add all remaining ingredients to the soaked seeds.

Add 1 tbsp filtered water (you can always add more later), then use an immersion blender or Nutrabullet to blend until the mixture reaches the desired consistency (adding more water if necessary).

Consistency can range from a liquid to a pudding texture, depending on how much water you add.

Place in a serving bowl and sprinkle with extra chia seeds.

Let the black sesame, flax, and black cumin seeds soak overnight in a mixing bowl.
