Immediate chocolate craving relief with these homemade chocolate granola bars.

Ingredients


1/2 cup Coconut flakes, unsweetened
1/2 cup Rolled oats- Gluten Free
6 date pitted Medjool date (chopped, optional: prunes)
1 tbsp Cacao powder, raw
1 tbsp Honey
2 tbsp Coconut oil
2 tbsp Brazil nuts (chopped)
2 tbsp Walnuts (chopped)
2 tbsp Pumpkin seeds (pepitas)
2 tbsp Almonds, raw (chopped)

Instructions


  1. Remove any jewelry you may be wearing (rings). Wash hands.
  2.  Mix and smoosh with hands. 
  3. Lightly grease square 9x9 pan
  4. Add the mixture and press down firmly and evenly. 
  5. Pop in the freezer for 8 minutes and Enjoy!
