With a surprising base of black beans, this oil-free hummus is always a favorite for parties!
Ingredients
1 can (15oz)

Black beans, canned
(drained, rinsed)
|
5 tbsp
|
Cacao powder, raw
|
1/3 cup
|
Coconut sugar
(more or less, to taste)
|
1/3 cup
|
Maple syrup, pure
(more or less, to taste)

Instructions
Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until smooth.
Optional:
stir in 1/4 cup non-dairy chocolate chips after blending
blend in 2 tablespoons of a nut butter or sunflower butter
blend in a few spinach leaves
blend in 2 tablespoons of hemp hearts
