8 date pitted | Medjool date (soak in hot water 5 minutes) |

1/2 cup | Cacao powder, raw |
1/4 cup | Macadamia milk |
3 tbsp | Honey, raw |
1 tsp | Vanilla extract, pure |
1 scoop | Protein Powder, Bulletproof Collagen (unflavored) |
1 scoop | vanilla collagen powder (Ancient Nurtrition brand) |
In food processor, add avocados and dates. Pulse a few times to break up dates. Add non-dairy milk, honey, vanilla, salt and cacao powder. Blend until smooth. Add collagen powders. Blend again until smooth. You may need to add more non-dairy milk until desired consistency - keep in mind that when you chill the mousse it will firm up some.
Put mousse in container and chill 1 hour before serving.
Scoop out 1/4 cup into small bowl and add extra toppings, if desired (unsweetened coconut, cacao nibs, berries, etc.)
