Chocolate Orange Chia Seed Pudding

A delicious and nutritious breakfast to start your day off on a sweet note. Creamy and sweet, the tangy citrus adds a flavourful twist and awakens the senses.


1 tbsp Chia seeds
1/4 cup Almond milk, chocolate, unsweetened, Blue Diamond
1 tbsp Cocoa powder, unsweetened
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1 dash Cinnamon
1 tsp Orange juice (approx. juice from one or two wedges)
1/4 tsp Orange peel (zest)
2 tsp Stevia sweetener, powder (or maple syrup)
1 tbsp Almonds, raw (chopped)


1. Prep chia seed in a small jar with cocoa, sweetener, almond milk and orange juice, and vanilla. Stir or shake well to mix up all ingredients.


2. Let sit at least 10-20 minutes and then sprinkle with almonds and orange zest before storing in the fridge. Feel free to garnish with more cinnamon, an orange wedge or even cacao nibs or carob chips.

3. In the morning just take it out of the fridge, grab a spoon and enjoy!
