This healthy smoothie is filled with protein, fibre, complex carbs, and healthy fats that will nourish your workout or refuel and support your recovery.
Ingredients
1 small
Frozen banana
1 cup
Spinach
1 tbsp
Cacao powder, raw
1 tbsp hulled
Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tsp
Maca powder
1 tbsp
Peanut butter, natural
1/2 cup
Almond milk, unsweetened
1/2 cup
Water
1/4 cup
Ice cubes
1/2 tbsp
Cacao nibs, raw
(optional)
Instructions
Add everything to a blender, except the cacao nibs (if using), and blend until smooth. Pour into a glass, top with the cacao nibs (if using) and enjoy!
Notes:
