Ingredients


1/4 cup Semisweet chocolate chips
1/4 cup Oat bran, gluten-free, dry
1/3 cup Peanut butter, natural
1/2 cup Rolled oats- Gluten Free (rolled)
1 tsp Vanilla bean paste (or extract)
1/4 cup Walnuts
1/4 cup Coconut, shredded (unsweetened)
1 tbsp Maple syrup

Instructions


  1. Toss all the ingredients in a food processor fit with steel blade.
  2. Pulse until mixture starts to blend up--but still has some texture (about 1-2 minutes)
  3. Drizzle a bit more maple syrup if too dry to roll into a ball.
  4. Make about 12-14 balls. Freeze and enjoy.
