1 tbsp Chia seeds, ground
171 gm Greek yogurt, vanilla, fat-free
1 tbsp Maple syrup
1 tbsp Peanut butter, natural

Instructions


1. Mix all of the ingredients together in a small bowl.

2. Allow to sit for at least 30 minutes and enjoy.
