|1 large||Banana (sliced, frozen)|
|3 tbsp||Cocoa powder, unsweetened|
|171 gm||Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free (or plain coconut yogurt)|
|3/4 cup||Partly skimmed milk, 1% M.F. (or almond milk)|
|1 tbsp||Peanut butter, smooth|
1. Place all of the ingredients into the blender, in the order listed, and blend on high until thick and smooth.
2. Start with only 2 Tablespoons of cocoa powder, blend, and then add 1 more for a stronger chocolate taste.
3. Stop and stir/scrape down the sides of the blender a few times.
4. Drizzle glass with 1 teaspoon of chocolate syrup if desired and enjoy!
