Ingredients


3/4 cup Medjool date (remove pits)
1/4 cup Water (adjust as needed to smooth dates)
1 tbsp Peanut butter, natural (or alternative nut butter)
1/2 tbsp Honey (or or maple syrup)
1 scoop Fermented protein powder, vanilla (or use chocolate protein powder)
1 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
1 tbsp Cacao powder, raw
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/4 tsp Sea Salt
1/3 cup Pistachio nuts (shelled)
1/4 cup Cacao nibs, raw (optional)

Instructions


  1. Add pitted dates and a small amount of water to a food processor. Process on low, add small amounts of water as needed until dates are blended and smooth.
  2. Add remained ingredients, except for pistachio nuts and cacao nibs, blend or process until smooth.
  3. Shell pistachio and coarsely chop. Fold nuts and cacao nibs into mixture by hand and then roll out into ping pong sized balls. Refrigerate or freeze to store. Enjoy!
