Mmmmm... life is short. Eat dessert first! This breakfast smoothie bowl can be enjoyed at anytime and with anything.
Ingredients
2 medium
Frozen banana
(sliced and frozen; the riper the better)
1 tbsp
Cocoa powder, unsweetened
(add more if you like it more chocolatey)
2 tbsp hulled
Hemp seeds, shelled
2 scoop
Hemp protein powder, vanilla
(you can always add more hemp seeds if you don't have)
1 tsp
Vanilla extract, pure
1 tsp
Stevia sweetener, powder
(optional)
2 tbsp
Walnuts
(chopped)
1 tbsp
Cacao nibs, raw
1/4 cup
Blueberries
Instructions
Blend a frozen banana, cocoa powder, hemp seeds, protein powder, vanilla extract, and stevia (optional), in a high-speed blender until smooth and creamy. Save some hemp for the final sprinkle.
Pour into a bowl and top with walnuts, cacao nibs, and blueberries, or get creative with your own choice of toppings.
If you don't have cacao nibs, you can make the syrup by adding cocoa powder, maple syrup with some coconut oil. Mix well and drizzle on top. Enjoy!

You can use your choice of protein powder.
If you find the mixture different to blend, add 1-2 tbsp of almond milk.
