1 tbsp Maple syrup (to taste)

Instructions


1. With a large spoon, scoop the avocado out of its skin.

2. Combine all the ingredients in a food processor or blender. Process until you have a pudding.

If you want to turn it into chocolate mint pudding, add a splash of peppermint extract.
