|1 cup||Almond milk, unsweetened|
|1/2 cup||Rolled oats, dry|
|1/2 cup||Pumpkin purée, canned|
|2 tbsp||Cocoa powder, unsweetened|
|1 tsp||Pumpkin pie spice|
|1 tsp||Maca powder|
|1/4 cup seeds||Pomegranate seeds (for topping)|
|1/2 small||Banana (s) (sliced, for topping)|
|1 tsp||Pumpkin seeds (pepitas) (for topping)|
Blend peeled zucchini and almond milk.
Mix oats with zucchini and almond milk mixture and cook in a small pot until the liquid is absorbed and the oats expand, about 10 minutes.
Add pumpkin puree, stir well, cook a few more minutes. Add raw cacao, stir.
Turn off the heat, add sweetener of your choice, and serve with toppings of your choice.
