Melt the coconut butter. Combine all ingredients in the bowl of a small bowl or blender, and either mash with a spoon or process until smooth.
Spoon the mixture into a small dish, pressing it down to about a half-inch thick. Smooth out the top, and cover. Place in the fridge overnight, or freeze until it hardens into a fudge, at least two hours.
If you freeze the fudge, defrost before slicing into squares and serving.
