1 tbsp | Cocoa powder, unsweetened (can use up to 2 Tbsp) |
1 tbsp | Chia seeds |
1 1/4 cup | Almond milk, unsweetened |
1 tbsp | Maple syrup (or honey-up to 2 to increase sweetness) |
1 cup | Raspberries |
In a jar combine rolled oats, cocoa powder, chia seeds, maple syrup and almond milk.
Seal jar and give it a good shake before storing in the fridge overnight or for at least 6 hours.
To serve, put 1/2 of the mixture into a bowl, top with a 1/2 cup of raspberries.
Store leftovers in the fridge.
