Ingredients


3 cup Sunflower seeds (kernels (or ~16 oz.))
1/2 cup Cacao powder, raw
2 cup Medjool date (pitted (or ~16 oz .))
1 tbsp Sunflower seed butter (raw)

Instructions


1. Add raw sunflower seeds to high-powered food processor and begin to blend.

2. Add dates and cacao powder to food processor and continue to combine.

3. Add raw sunfl ower seed butter and fi nish combining in food processor.

4. Remove blade from food processor and roll mixture into tightly-packed balls about 1–2 inches in diameter.

5. Share with your loved ones. Enjoy!
