Ingredients


1 cup Coconut oil
1/2 cup Tahini
1/2 cup Butter, unsalted (cut into cubes)
1 cup Cocoa powder, unsweetened
3 scoop Whey protein powder, chocolate
1 tbsp Cinnamon
1 pod Vanilla bean (scraped)
1 tsp Sesame seeds (for sprinkling)

Instructions


Add coconut oil, tahini and butter in a food processor, mix until fully blended.

Add in the cocoa powder, protein powder, cinnamon and vanilla and blend till smooth.

Pour onto a tray lined with baking paper greased with coconut oil.

Sprinkle sesame seeds over and place in freezer for 3 hours.

Snap the chocolate apart and keep in an airtight container in the freezer.
