1 cup Teff flour
1 tsp Baking soda
1 tsp Cinnamon
1/4 cup Cacao powder, raw
1/4 tsp Nutmeg, ground
1/4 tsp Cardamom, ground
75 ml Mesquite powder
1/2 cup Almond milk, unsweetened
3 tbsp Flaxseed meal (ground)
9 tbsp Water (to make "flax egg")
1 tsp Vanilla extract, pure
1/2 cup Coconut butter
2 tbsp Stevia sweetener, liquid
1 1/2 cup Frozen strawberry (blended with a touch of almond milk - for coating)
4 tbsp Cacao nibs, raw (for topping)
4 tbsp Golden berries (for topping)


Mix the first nine ingredients in large bowl.

Combine water, vanilla, coconut butter and stevia in bowl and mix thoroughly.

Pour batter (very thick…you'll likely have to pat/spread) into a lined (with parchment paper) baking dish.

Drizzle strawberry blend along with cacao nibs and golden berries on top.

Bake for 50 minutes on 350° Celsius.
