Chocolate Truffle Protein Balls

1 cup Medjool date (pitted, and soaked for 5 minutes)
2 tbsp Cacao powder, raw
2 tsp Maca powder
2 tbsp hulled Hemp seeds, shelled
2 tbsp Coconut, shredded, unsweetened
1/3 cup Almond flour/meal, Bob's Red Mill
1/2 tbsp Water, filtered (If necessary)
1 scoop Brown rice protein concentrate (Iron Vegan Athlete's Blend in Chocolate)


Drain the Medjool dates and place in food processor. Add remaining ingredients and blend until well combined and starting to clump together. If you press the dough together it should stick. If mixture doesn’t feel very sticky, add the ½ tbsp. of water. Roll dough into balls. I was able to make 14 from my batch.
