250 ml Summer squash (cooked then frozen in cubes)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt, plain, fat-free
1 scoop Brown rice protein concentrate
1 tbsp Cacao powder, raw
2 tbsp Buckwheat groats, dry (for topping)
1 tbsp Cacao nibs, raw, Sunfoods (for topping)

Instructions


Blend first five ingredients together. Top with groats and cacao nibs and enjoy!
